Lower Tribunal Nos. 20052104(06A), 20052105(06A), 20052106(06A), 20052107(06A), 20062010(06A).


The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondents and any persons acting in concert with Respondents are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the stipulation.

Respondents are further assessed a $2000.00 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court within sixty (60) days of this Court's order. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 10-7.1(d)(1) ($1,000 per incident of the unlicensed practice of law).

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
