On Thursday, March 24, 2011, this Court held Respondent Plutarco Miguel Villalobos in contempt of court for his failure to fully respond in writing to the official Bar inquiry. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully responded in writing to the official Bar inquiry contained in Exhibit "1" to the Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause, and until further order of this Court. On May 16, 2011, this Court received Respondent's Notice of Filing and Motion to Lift Suspension, and on May 19, 2011, this Court received The Florida Bar's Certification that Plutarco Miguel Villalobos has fully Responded in Writing to the Official Bar Inquiry. The motion to lift suspension is granted and Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC11-242, and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.
