Lower Tribunal Nos. 2001-71,479(11H), 2002-70,144(11H).


The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent, coupled with a payment by Phillip Jerome Sheehe and Louis Victor Vendittelli of $226,313.13 in restitution to those clients who did not receive the benefit of having a portion of their costs paid by DuPont. Responsiblity for only one-half of the restitution sum is allocable to respondent.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Louis Victor Vendittelli in the amount of $3,309.51, for which sum let execution issue.

ANSTEAD, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
