The conditional guilty plea for consent judgment is approved and the Court hereby reprimands respondent.

Respondent shall pay restitution in the amount of $5,000.00 to Donald and Brenda Kroeber under the terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Robert G. Udell in the amount of $2,103.06, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
