This cause is before the Court on a Petition For Emergency Suspension filed by The Florida Bar and a Motion for Sanctions filed by the Respondent. The parties have responded to the requests now pending and the Court has considered the matters presented.

The Petition For Suspension on an emergency basis is denied and referred to a Referee without prejudice to The Florida Bar to present the underlying request for suspension to the Referee as currently filed or as may be amended within 60 days from the date of this order.

The Motion for Sanctions filed by the Respondent is referred to the Referee for consideration and recommendation. The Referee is authorized to conduct further proceedings and render recommendations as may be necessary and proper to address all outstanding issues between these parties.
