The respondent's "Petition to Vacate and Terminate This Court's Order of Suspension" and "Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunctive Relief Against the Actions of The Florida Bar" are hereby denied. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 3-5.1(c) (failure to observe the conditions of the probation shall terminate the probation and the respondent may be suspended on petition by The Florida Bar, and any such suspension shall continue until the respondent may be reinstated).
