Upon consideration of the pleadings filed herein, it is ordered that the petition for contempt and order to show cause is hereby dismissed and only the confidential psychiatric materials submitted to this Court are sealed. Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, these materials shall remain sealed in the Clerk's office, except when in use by the Court, and may only be reviewed by the parties or their attorneys.
