The uncontested report of the referee is approved and Respondent and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondent are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the unlicensed practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the report and the Stipulation for Permanent Injunction.

Tomas Rodriguez shall pay restitution in the amount of $800.00 to Jose Mendez under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the stipulation. Tomas Rodriguez shall provide a monthly written report to the UPL Department of The Florida Bar detailing the Petitioner to whom restitution has been made and the amounts paid.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Tomas Rodriguez in the amount of $708.37, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
