The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent shall remain on the inactive list. See R. Reg. Fla. Bar 1-7.5. If the respondent obtains reinstatement to The Florida Bar, respondent shall be further placed on probation for two (2) years under the terms and conditions set forth in the Report of Referee.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Bruce Howard Popke in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.
