This is before the Court on The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause.

The Court having issued its Order to Show Cause and responses having been filed to said Order to Show Cause.

IT IS ORDERED that Forrest Neiberg is hereby classified as an inactive member pursuant to Rule 3-7.13 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Respondent has ceased engaging in the practice of law; therefore placement on the inactive list will be effective immediately.

Respondent's prior actions set forth in The Florida Bar's Petition for Contempt and Order to Show Cause shall be considered, if and when respondent ever petitions for reinstatement.
