The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar at a date and time to be determined by the Board. Further, respondent's conditional admission in SC06-685 [TFB File No. 2006-80,015 (ACA)] is extended for an additional one-year period until May 1, 2012, with all conditions extended.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Gerard Vincent Muriello in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
