The Motion to Approve Stipulation for Permanent Injunction is hereby granted, and the uncontested report of the referee and stipulation for permanent injunction are approved. Respondents and any employees or persons acting in concert with Respondents are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the stipulation. Respondents are further assessed a $2,000.00 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 650 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, for recovery of costs from Jack Moussa in the amount of $1,353.58, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
