The referee's recommended order is disapproved. Respondent's motion to quash the subpoena of the grievance committee of The Florida Bar is denied. Respondent is to comply with the subpoena within twenty calendar days of the date of this order. This matter is referred back to the grievance committee for further proceedings consistent with this order.

PARIENTE, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, QUINCE, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.

LEWIS, J., dissents.
