Case No. SC03-1254.

Respondent having failed to comply with this Court's order dated August 19, 2003, respondent is suspended from the practice of law effective immediately and shall remain suspended until he has certified compliance with the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued by the Second Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee "B", and until further order of this Court. Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.

ANSTEAD, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
