1. The Court approves the referee's recommendation that respondent be found guilty with respect to each count in case 1998-50,798 (17G).

2. The Court approves the referee's recommendation that respondent be disbarred, with leave to reapply in five years nunc pro tunc August 17, 1997.

3. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 650 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, for recovery of costs from Keith Martin Krasnove in the amount of $7,488.69, for which sum let execution issue.

4. This case is remanded to the referee to hold a hearing to receive any evidence relevant to the referee's consideration of whether the $5000.00 the referee ordered be paid to Walter Small for the legal fees incurred for representation in this matter was discharged in bankruptcy proceedings. The referee shall thereafter make a recommendation as to this issue on or before January 20, 2003.
