Having reviewed the responses to the Court's order to show cause dated November 2, 2010, the Court approves the referee's findings of fact and recommendations as to guilt set forth in the Report of Referee. However, the Court disapproves the referee's recommended sanction and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar at a date and time to be determined by the Board. Respondent is also directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Lisa Lovingood Kelly in the amount of $2,066.55, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
