The conditional guilty plea and consent judgment is approved and the Court hereby directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar at a date and time to be determined by the Board.

Respondent shall attend the Bar's Advertising Workshop within six months from the date of this Order.

Respondent is further placed on probation for six months, effective immediately, under the terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Respondent is directed to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Scott Jeffrey Hidnert in the amount of $1,250.00, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
