The report of the referee is approved in its entirety, including the referee's findings that John Derek Good has engaged in the unlicensed practice of law in Florida. See Amendments to Rules Regulating The Florida Bar-Advertising Rules, 762 So. 2d 392, 393-94 (Fla. 1999). Good and any employees or persons acting in concert with him are permanently and perpetually enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Florida as specified in the referee's report.
A copy of this order and the referee's report shall be sent to the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio, which governs attorney licenses for the State of Ohio.
Further, Good is assessed a $6,000.00 monetary penalty pursuant to Rule 10-7.1(d)(1) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which shall be paid to this Court within sixty (60) days of this Court's order. See R. Regulating Fla. Bar 10-7.1(d)(1) ($1,000 per incident of the unlicensed practice of law).
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from John Derek Good, in the amount of $2,089.38, for which sum let execution issue.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
