The conditional guilty plea and consent judgment for discipline are approved and respondent is suspended from the practice of law for one year. Respondent is currently suspended; therefore this suspension is to run consecutive to the one year suspension ordered by the Court on June 24, 2010, and is effective, nunc pro tunc, July 24, 2011. See Florida Bar v. Dvorak, 39 So. 3d 1265 (Fla. 2010). Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(g).
Respondent shall pay restitution in the amounts of $1,500.00 to Kelly Davis, $2,500.00 to Karen Vasiliauskas, $3,800.00 to Thomas P. Alikas, $1,750.00 to Mandy Bramble, $3,700.00 to Ana Limonchi, $5,300.00 to Wesley B. Brock and $4,000.00 to Latischa M. Hanson, under the terms and conditions set forth in the consent judgment.
Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the consent judgment.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Thomas W. Dvorak in the amount of $1,519.68, for which sum let execution issue.
Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.
