Upon consideration of The Florida Bar's Notice of Suspension and respondent's failure to comply with this Court's order dated December 15, 2005, respondent is suspended from the practice of law effective immediately and shall remain suspended until he has certified compliance with the grievance committee's recommendation.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.

PARIENTE, C.J., and WELLS, ANSTEAD, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
