Lower Tribunal No(s). 2011-11, 167(13D)HFC.

The Florida Bar having filed on May 31, 2011, Notice of Determination of Guilt, it is ordered that Byron T. Christopher is suspended from The Florida Bar pursuant to 3-7.2(f) of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, and it is further.

ORDERED that this suspension shall be effective immediately as respondent is currently suspended. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(g).

The above matter has been referred to the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for the appointment of a referee pursuant to rule 3-7.2(h).

See Rule 3-5.1(g) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this suspension.
