The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by a personal appearance before the referee.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 650 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, for recovery of costs from Roy E. Campbell, Jr., in the amount of $1,011.30, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing and, if filed, determined.
