On Thursday, December 16, 2010, this Court held Respondent Robert Frederick Bethea in contempt of court for his failure to fully comply with the conditions of the Report of Minor Misconduct. Based on this misconduct, the Court suspended him from the practice of law until he fully complied with the conditions of the Report of Minor Misconduct and until further order of this Court. On April 8, 2011, this Court received a "Notice to the Florida Supreme Court of Respondent's Compliance with this Court's Order Dated December 16, 2010" from The Florida Bar, notifying this Court that Bethea has now fully complied with the conditions of the Report of Minor Misconduct. Having complied with the conditions of the Report of Minor Misconduct, Respondent is no longer suspended in Case No. SC10-2036 and is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.
