The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and reprimands respondent.

Respondent is further placed on probation for six months, effective immediately, under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Respondent shall successfully complete The Florida Bar's Ethics School and Professionalism Workshop under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Respondent shall pay restitution in the amount of $22,632.50 to Jasper Eanes under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Benjamin Raul Alvarez in the amount of $1,921.50, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined.
