The uncontested report of the referee is approved and respondent is reinstated effective immediately under the terms and conditions set forth in the report. Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 650 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, for recovery of costs from Robert Alexander Lesperance in the amount of $1,208.60, for which sum let execution issue.
