Judgment affirmed, with costs. (See Bourcheix v. Willow Brook Dairy, 268 N.Y. 1.) All concur. (Appeal from a judgment dismissing the complaint in an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of improper condition of food.)
