From the County Court at Law No. 8, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 355026

The Honorable Liza Rodriguez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On September 10, 2013, court reporter Christina Galloway filed a notice of late reporter's record. The notice states Appellant has not paid, or made arrangements to pay, the fee for preparing the reporter's record.

Appellant timely filed a response showing that Appellant is entitled to a free reporter's record on appeal.
