On April 8, 2024, respondent filed Proposed Trial Exhibits. Upon review, the exhibits contained inadvertent disclosures of petitioner's identifying information. Thereafter, on April 24, 2024, respondent refiled the Proposed Trial Exhibits and corrected the prior inadvertent disclosures by properly redacting the affected exhibits. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits (docket entry No. 15), filed April 8, 2024, shall be sealed and retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
