REBECA JUDITH FLORES, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Richard T. Morrison, Judge.

On January 18, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon review, it appears that the caption of the case in the Proposed Decision Document, "Rebecca Judith Flores" does not match the caption of the case, "Rebeca Judith Flores". We will strike the January 18, 2023 Proposed Stipulated Decision from the record and instruct the parties to file a corrected one.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision filed January 18, 2023, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 27, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a corrected Proposed Stipulated Decision or the parties shall file a Motion to Change or Correct Caption, indicating to the Court the correct spelling of petitioner's name and concurrently lodge a Proposed Stipulated Decision bearing petitioner's correct name.
