Berenice Flores Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

The petition filed to commence this case on January 21, 2021, was not accompanied by payment of the Court's $60.00 filing fee. By Orders issued March 29, 2021, and April 23, 2021, therefore, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for the Court's consideration). The filing fee for this case has not been received.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee.
