ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


Plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause why this case should not be dismissed with prejudice as service of process has not been completed within 120 days, pursuant to F.R.C.P. 4(m). The file indicates no activity since complaint filed on July 29, 2003. Plaintiff is directed to respond in writing within 15 days from the date of this order and inform the Court of the status of the case and intentions to proceed. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of the case.
