Order denying plaintiff's motion to open its default reversed on the law and the facts, without costs, and motion granted, without costs, upon condition that plaintiff pay costs to date, serve proffered bill of particulars and submit to examination on five days' notice. The denial of the motion was improvident. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
