On October 11, 2022, respondent filed his Answer to the petition. However, review of that Answer shows it does not include the Tax Court bar number of IRS attorney John M. Janusz. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that no later than, November 2, 2022, Mr. Janusz shall file an entry of appearance, if he wishes to enter his appearance in this case as counsel for respondent. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order on Mr. Janusz.
