Opinion

No. 72-91.

December 8, 1972.

Interlocutory appeal from Circuit Court, Brevard County; Dominick J. Salfi, Judge.

Leon C. Stromire, of Stromire, Westman Lintz, Cocoa, for appellants.

Dwight W. Severs, of Crofton, Holland Starling, Titusville, for appellee.

We have reviewed the briefs and record on appeal and heard oral argument. On the basis thereof, we are of the opinion that no reversible error has been made to clearly appear. The judgment appealed from is, therefore, affirmed.

Affirmed.

OWEN and MAGER, JJ., and MORROW, RUSSELL O., Associate Judge, concur.
