Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's answers filed on October 19, 2021, at Doc. Index Nos. 4 and 5 are stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 29, 2021, respondent shall file an amended certificate of service with respect to the answer filed October 19, 2021, at Doc. Index No. 6. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile his answer. 1
