Pavel S. Flider & Anna A. Klepikova, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent

ORDER

Albert G. Lauber Judge

By Order served October 21, 2021, we added this case to the Court's December 8, 2021, Washington, D.C., special hearing session, solely to enable the issuance of subpoenas returnable at that hearing. We instructed the parties to file a status report by December 6, 2021, advising whether all third parties had complied with the subpoenas, so that a hearing would no longer be needed.

On December 3, 2021, respondent filed a status report representing that the hearing was still necessary. On December 8, 2021, the Court held its remote subpoena hearing, where both parties indicated that all third parties have complied with all subpoenas. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the respondent shall file with the Court, on or before August 25, 2022, a status report detailing the then-present status of the case.
