An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered July 16, 2018, and an application having been made by Giovanni Genovese, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Giovanni Genovese, Esq., dated April 11, 2019,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Deborah J. Scinta, Esq., 3394 Orchard Park Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child, and
It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 30, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
