Appeal, No. 337, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1971, No. 3143, in case of Fleur De Lis Shop, Inc. and The Modern Eve, Inc. v. Uris Five Penn Center Corporation and Reed Stambaugh Company and Her Clothes Tree. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before SLOANE, J.

Adjudication and decree entered refusing plaintiffs' request for preliminary injunction. Plaintiffs appealed.
