In an action to recover a fixed amount for additional expense as set forth in a separation agreement between the parties, order denying motion to dismiss complaint for insufficiency affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
