Casey FLEMING & others v. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF OXFORD & others.


Judgment affirmed.

Kevin F. Carbonneau and Robert J. King. Fleming represents himself pro se on appeal. While he purports to appeal on behalf of all three owners, Fleming cannot represent others in court because he is not an attorney. See Wilbur v. Tunnell, 98 Mass. App. Ct. 19, 23 (2020). Because Carbonneau and King did not appeal the Land Court’s order as to them, it is not affected by this appeal.
