Opinion

No. 05-04-00975-CV

Opinion issued August 18, 2004.

On Appeal from the 116th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03-01245-F.

Dismissed.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed a notice of appeal appealing the denial of a discovery order. In a letter brief to the Court, appellant admits that a final judgment has not been entered in the case. This Court only has jurisdiction over appeals from final judgments and interlocutory orders for which a statute allows an interlocutory appeal. A discovery order is not an appealable interlocutory order. Consequently, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Tex.R.App.P. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(a).
