Trespass for personal injuries. Before LARSEN, J. Compulsory nonsuit entered in favor of defendant. Plaintiffs' motion to remove nonsuit denied and judgment entered for defendant. Plaintiffs appealed. Appeal, No. 520, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, April T., 1974, No. 1909. Submitted November 8, 1976.

The six Judges who decided this case being equally divided, the judgment is affirmed.
