Robert T. Fleeger instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before PRESCOTT, C.J., and HAMMOND, MARBURY, SYBERT and BARNES, JJ.


For the reasons stated in the opinion of Judge Rasin below, the application for leave to appeal is hereby denied.
