We approve the uncontested referee's report and place respondent on probation for an additional eighteen months, effective immediately, under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the unconditional guilty plea and consent judgment for discipline filed in Florida Bar v. Broadus, 968 So. 2d 558 (Fla. 2007).

Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions of the report.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, for recovery of costs from Joseph Edward Broadus in the amount of $98.94, for which sum let execution issue.

Not final until time expires to file motion for rehearing, and if filed, determined. The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this probation.
