MARK VON FLATERN and SHELLEY VON FLATERN, Plaintiffs, v. DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, State of Oregon, Defendant.

FINAL DECISION OF DISMISSAL

This Final Decision of Dismissal incorporates without change the court's Decision of Dismissal, entered May 25, 2016. The court did not receive a statement of costs and disbursements within 14 days after its Decision of Dismissal was entered. See Tax Court Rule-Magistrate Division (TCR-MD) 16 C(1).

POUL F. LUNDGREN MAGISTRATE JUDGE.

This matter came before the court on Plaintiffs' failure to appear for a scheduled case management conference. The court sent Plaintiffs a letter order requiring them to show cause for their failure to appear no later than May 22, 2017, or be dismissed. Plaintiffs did not file any response to the court's letter. Now, therefore, IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that Plaintiffs' Complaint is dismissed.
