We have considered "Appellant's Unopposed Motion for Partial Dismissal of Appeal Against Appellee Ramakrishna R. Veluri, M.D." We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal against appellee Ramakrishna R. Veluri, M.D. The style of the case shall hereinafter be Kelly Flanigan v. Sreenath Nekkalapu, M.D. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f).
