Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to expedite the appeal and to clarify the due date of Appellant's brief. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief shall be due no later than seven days after the supplemental clerk's record is filed. Further, the Court has determined it is appropriate to expedite the appeal. Because the parties have asked the Court to expedite the appeal, the Court anticipates that the parties will minimize requests for extensions of time in which to file their respective briefs.
