FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION COMPANY, LLC v. TEXAS BRINE COMPANY, LLC


In Re: Legacy Vulcan, LLC on behalf of Vulcan Chloralkali, LLC, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Assumption, No. 34316. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. This writ application fails to comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 4-2, and 4-5(C)(11). 3rd Party Defendant/Relator, Legacy Vulcan, LLC, failed to include the Notice of Intent. In order for this Court to examine the trial court's ruling, it must be presented with the proper materials.

Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.

In the event Defendant/Relator seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with Rules 2-12.2 of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must be filed on or before February 20, 2017 and must contain a copy of this ruling.
