FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS Petitioner(s) v. RE: B.E.N. Respondent(s)


The Petition for Review filed in the above cause is hereby granted in part. This Court's Order dated June 14, 2007, in Case Number SC06-126, enjoined the Applicant permanently and perpetually from engaging in the unlicensed practice of law in the State of Florida. The Applicant is eligible to apply for readmission to The Florida Bar, and may engage in the practice of law only upon admission.

Respondent's Request for Oral Argument is hereby denied. NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED. CANADY, C.J., and POLSTON, LABARGA, LAWSON, MUÑIZ, COURIEL, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur. A True Copy
