THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Lawrence Philip ZOLOT, Respondent(s).
The report of the referee is approved and respondent is disbarred. Respondent is currently suspended; therefore this disbarment is effective, nunc pro tunc, January 12, 2011. Respondent shall fully comply with Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3–5.1(h).
Respondent shall pay restitution in the amounts of $339.00 to Newell Hollingsworth, $750.00 to Neurological Testing Centers of America, and shall deposit $130,911.50 into the court registry for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida under the terms and conditions set forth in the report.
Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Lawrence Philip Zolot in the amount of $9,755.92, for which sum let execution issue.
The filing of a motion for rehearing shall not alter the effective date of this disbarment. POLSTON, C.J., and LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
